This latest patch includes the following fixes and enhancements

Added support for and addressed crashes with 12th Generation Intel CPUs
Removes integrated chat from the game
Updated the game to better use of modern architecture, which should result in notable performance improvements in Total War: Empire

Improves SMB service and client reliability under certain stress conditions
Improves clustered server performance and reliability in Hyper-V and Scale-Out File Server scenarios
